By accessing our website, submitting forms, purchasing services, or using any of our systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Services Provided
Reliant AI Systems LLC provides services including, but not limited to:
Reputation management and review automation
AI chatbots and AI voice assistants
CRM setup and automation workflows
SMS, email, and call communication systems
Reporting dashboards and analytics
Consulting, onboarding, and support services
Services may be delivered through third-party platforms including, but not limited to, GoHighLevel, LeadConnector, Stripe, telephony providers, SMS carriers, and AI technology partners.
2. No Guarantee of Results
You acknowledge and agree that:
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including increased revenue, rankings, reviews, leads, conversions, or business growth
Results depend on factors outside our control, including customer behavior, market conditions, business practices, and third-party platform policies
Past performance, examples, or demonstrations do not guarantee future results
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Obtain all required customer consents, including but not limited to SMS, call recording, telemarketing, and AI interaction disclosures
Use our systems ethically, lawfully, and in accordance with carrier and platform rules
Not misuse, abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent system safeguards
You are solely responsible for all content, scripts, prompts, data, contact lists, and communications sent using our systems.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for compliance with all SMS, telemarketing, call recording, AI disclosure, and messaging laws and carrier policies, including but not limited to TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and A2P 10DLC requirements.
4. Communication Consent (SMS, Email, Calls)
By providing your contact information and opting in through our forms, checkout pages, onboarding processes, or other explicit consent mechanisms, you agree to receive communications from Reliant AI Systems LLC, which may include:
Transactional and service-related emails
Transactional and informational SMS/text messages
Phone calls, including AI-assisted or automated calls
Marketing or promotional SMS messages are sent only where separate, express marketing consent has been obtained.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly. Opting out of SMS does not affect non-SMS communications required to provide services.
4.1 SMS Review Messaging and Consent
You agree that by providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our forms, checkout pages, onboarding processes, or other explicit consent mechanisms, you expressly authorize Reliant AI Systems LLC to send you automated transactional, informational, and review-related SMS/text messages to the number provided. This may include messages related to review requests, review follow-ups, appointment confirmations, status notifications, or other service-related communications.
You understand that message frequency may vary depending on your service and automation settings, and that message and data rates may apply as determined by your carrier.
You may opt out at any time from SMS communications by replying STOP to any text message. After you opt out, we may send a final confirmation message, but you will not receive further marketing or service SMS messages unless you subsequently opt back in. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.
Calls, chats, and communications may be recorded or transcribed for quality assurance, training, analytics, and system improvement
AI voice agents and chatbots may be used to interact with customers
You are responsible for providing any legally required notices and obtaining consent where applicable
Reliant AI Systems LLC is not responsible for a client’s failure to comply with recording, disclosure, or consent laws.
6. Payments, Fees & Billing
All fees are processed through Stripe or approved payment processors
Fees are billed according to the selected plan, agreement, or usage
Setup fees, monthly fees, usage fees, and communication costs may apply
Usage-based fees (SMS, calls, email) are variable and non-refundable
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
7. No Refund Policy (Unless Explicitly Stated)
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
All payments are non-refundable
Setup fees and usage fees are non-refundable
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance
Free trials or waived setup fees do not create an obligation for continued free service
8. Intellectual Property
All systems, workflows, templates, prompts, dashboards, software configurations, branding, and documentation created by Reliant AI Systems LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not resell, duplicate, distribute, sublicense, or white-label our proprietary materials without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for:
Downtime, changes, pricing, or policies of third-party platforms
Actions taken by Google, Meta, SMS carriers, or review platforms
Account suspensions caused by client policy violations
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Reliant AI Systems LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days
You agree to use our services at your own risk
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reliant AI Systems LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, fines, penalties, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
Your misuse of the services
Your communications with customers
Your failure to obtain proper consent
Your violation of laws, carrier rules, or third-party platform policies
This includes any fines, penalties, suspensions, or number shutdowns imposed by carriers, messaging providers, or regulators due to your messaging practices.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services immediately for:
Non-payment
Policy violations
Abuse, misuse, or excessive complaints
Illegal or unethical activity
You may cancel services according to your agreement terms. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding balances.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
